But if for some reason the purchased product did not suit you, it can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the receipt of the order (by postmark). Please note that the conditions for returning goods of good quality purchased in an online store differ from the conditions for returning goods purchased in a regular store.

The total warranty period is 3 years for all products and 5 years for the Premium collection. During this period, we undertake to repair products purchased in our online store FREE . The warranty does not cover gold, platinum and rhodium plating. Coverage restoration is carried out according to the individual appeal of the buyer, the cost of the service provided is calculated individually at the cost of consumables and cannot exceed 450 rubles ($ 7.5). With the loss of jewelry inserts, the buyer pays only the cost of the inserts (not more than 50% of their estimated value). Damaged items are shipped at the buyer's cost . The product is sent back to the buyer at the expense of the online store . Payment for stone fixing and coating is carried out at the expense of the online store .

Remember! Whatever happens with your product, even if you mechanically damaged it, wrinkled it, broke it, lost its insert, etc.

2Carefully pack the goods in reliable packaging.

3Send the parcel by mail to the address that the manager will inform you. The address is indicated depending on the branch from which the dispatch was made.
